1.Cancellation & Refund Policy
To avoid any charges, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up will incur a charge: 1 hour’s fee for hourly as-directed services or the full booking amount for point-to-point services.
For airport arrival and departure services, you may receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your service date.
2.No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled service without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged. For airport arrivals or departures, if you do not contact us and the chauffeur waits for more than 35 minutes past the scheduled time, your reservation will be deemed a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
3.Refunds
Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe (48 hours) will be processed within 5-7 business days. Cancellations due to weather or flight changes made less than 48 hours before your service will not be eligible for a refund but will be credited to your account for future bookings.
4.Changes to Bookings
For airport arrivals and departures, please ensure you enter your correct flight details to assist us in tracking your flight for regular updates. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional wait time or a non-refundable no-show cancellation. If your flight changes, please notify our dispatch immediately with the updated details or new flight time prior to your original departure time.
For point-to-point services and hourly as-directed bookings, any time change must be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid full payment or a minimum charge of 1 hour.
If you need to change the date or time of your special event booking, please do so at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate the changes, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Changes made within 72 hours may result in the service starting at the originally booked time, with additional hours billed at the regular rate, requiring full payment in advance.
5.Waiting Time for Airport Services
Our chauffeurs will arrive 15 minutes before your requested time and will wait 20 minutes for domestic flights, 35 minutes for international flights, and 20 minutes for private FBOs. This waiting period allows you ample time to clear immigration, collect your luggage, and complete customs.
6.Special Events
For special events (weddings, proms, corporate events, etc.), a 1-hour non-refundable deposit per vehicle is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Please note that cancellation for hourly as-directed services within 48 hours is subject to a 2-hour minimum non-refundable charge.
7.Emergency Situations
